How to cut down fatal error on Windows

One of the most frustrating experiences is when you will see Windows fatal errors being displayed on your desktop. It is a situation that most people have not really learnt to deal with unless you are a techie. Most of the times, this will happen when you shut down and restart your computer and see a error message that says, “Fatal exception 0E at 0028:C433442B in VXD octk16.sys (01) + 0000342B. This was called from 0028:C003C47C in VXD NDIS (01) + 00000D7C. It may be possible to continue normally.” Most of the Windows fatal errors will display a similar message like “A fatal exception XY has occurred at xxxx:xxxxxxxx” Most of the people operating on Windows OS will probably panic and think that there has been a virus attack. These fatal errors are not caused by a virus attacks.
